C.A.R. Mission Statement
The purpose of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is to serve its membership in developing and promoting programs and services that will enhance the members‘ freedom and ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency, and through collective action, to promote the preservation of real property rights.

The REALTOR® organization will be the pre-eminent source of essential business services and the association of choice for real estate professionals committed to excellence.

REALTORS(R) Commercial Alliance Commercial Investment Committee of C.A.R. Mission Statement
The mission of the committee is to monitor, review, analyze, and formulate policies on issues and trends affecting the commercial and investment segments of the real estate market and to sponsor networking opportunities at the meetings which attract the participation of commercial practitioners. As part of its charge, the committee will also consider ways of delivering services to these segments of our membership through national state and local association structures.
